Executive Coaching Pricing
Our pricing typically depends on each individuals clients goals, challenges and aspirations. We’re happy to discuss program pricing models during our free introductory session. Until then, we do have a few thoughts to share:
We understand that most of our clients have limited resources to spend on coaching. So, too, do we understand that your time and our time are both valuable. We’ve priced our sessions based on these understandings.
We know that other coaches charge more. And, some charge less. We think we’ve found the sweet spot that works for our clients and for us.
We act like trustees for your coaching dollars. We consider it an honor to work with our clients and we work to provide a great return on their financial investment in coaching.
Executive Coaching FAQs
Executive coaching is a one-on-one development process aimed at helping executives, managers, and other high-performing professionals to develop and improve their leadership skills, communication, and decision-making abilities.
Any high-performing individual looking to improve their leadership skills, enhance their performance, and achieve their professional goals can benefit from executive coaching. This includes executives, managers, entrepreneurs, and professionals in any industry.
The duration of an executive coaching engagement can vary depending on the individual’s goals and needs. Typically, coaching engagements can last anywhere from three months to a year or more.
Executive coaching sessions are typically held on a one-on-one basis and are focused on helping you achieve your specific goals. Our coaching sessions are heavy on the process and the dialogue. We ask all of our clients to come ready to engage, reflect, and work diligently.
While executive coaching and therapy may share some similarities, such as one-on-one sessions with a professional, executive coaching is focused on achieving specific professional goals and improving performance. Therapy, on the other hand, is focused on addressing emotional and psychological issues.
The success of executive coaching can be measured in a variety of ways, including improved leadership skills, better communication, increased productivity, and achievement of professional goals. Additionally, feedback from peers and team members can be an excellent way to measure the effectiveness of executive coaching. We’ll define success by the end of our 2nd session together so that we remain focused on the goal at hand.
